
Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato
- 1tbsp rosemary
- 1tbsp oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180c.
- Thinly slice the sweet potato and add to a bowl with all of the other ingredients.
- Mix to coat the potato.
- Lay out on a baking tray, as shown above and cook for 20 minutes.
- Enjoy!
