
A super quick breakfast or lunch that tastes great!
Ingredients
- 1 slice of sourdough
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 medium tomato
- Vegan butter
- 1tsp olive oil
- Black pepper
Method
- Toast the sourdough bread.
- Thinly slice the avocado .
- Cut the tomato into small chunks/squares.
- Butter the toast and place it on a plate.
- Place the avocado and tomato on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on pepper to taste.
- Enjoy!
