Avo-mato on Toast

A super quick breakfast or lunch that tastes great!

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of sourdough
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 medium tomato
  • Vegan butter
  • 1tsp olive oil
  • Black pepper

Method

  1. Toast the sourdough bread.
  2. Thinly slice the avocado .
  3. Cut the tomato into small chunks/squares.
  4. Butter the toast and place it on a plate.
  5. Place the avocado and tomato on top.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on pepper to taste.
  7. Enjoy!
