Vegan & Gluten Free Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

  • Jus-rol Gluten Free Puff Pastry
  • Vegan Sausages (works best with ones in skins)
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Soya Milk

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (fan).
  2. Lay out the puff pastry if pre-rolled or roll out puff pastry if needed.
  3. Cut pastry into strips (wide enough to fold around the sausage meat).
  4. Take the skins off of sausages and lay in lines along the pastry.
  5. Fold the pastry over the sausage meat, as tightly as possible.
  6. Seal by wiping soya milk where the pastry meets and overlaps.
  7. Score the top of the sausage rolls, wipe soya milk over them and cut to the size you want.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
  9. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
  10. Enjoy!
