
Ingredients
- Jus-rol Gluten Free Puff Pastry
- Vegan Sausages (works best with ones in skins)
- Sesame Seeds
- Soya Milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees (fan).
- Lay out the puff pastry if pre-rolled or roll out puff pastry if needed.
- Cut pastry into strips (wide enough to fold around the sausage meat).
- Take the skins off of sausages and lay in lines along the pastry.
- Fold the pastry over the sausage meat, as tightly as possible.
- Seal by wiping soya milk where the pastry meets and overlaps.
- Score the top of the sausage rolls, wipe soya milk over them and cut to the size you want.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
