
This smoothie is a great way to start any day and is packed full of vitamins!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 30g kale
- 1/2 juiced lemon
Method
- Chop all of the ingredients finely and place in your blender (I use a NutriBullet).
- Blend for approximately 1 minute (or until the foods have broken down).
- Enjoy!
