Green Goddess Smoothie

This smoothie is a great way to start any day and is packed full of vitamins!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 30g kale
  • 1/2 juiced lemon

Method

  1. Chop all of the ingredients finely and place in your blender (I use a NutriBullet).
  2. Blend for approximately 1 minute (or until the foods have broken down).
  3. Enjoy!
