
This smoothie is perfect for early morning fuel or that midday slump.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of frozen mixed berries (I use raspberries and blueberries)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3 cups almond milk (add more if it is too thick)
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to your smoothie maker of choice.
- Blend for around 1 minute (until the berry seeds have been broken down)
- Enjoy!
