Banana and Berry Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for early morning fuel or that midday slump.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of frozen mixed berries (I use raspberries and blueberries)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3 cups almond milk (add more if it is too thick)

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to your smoothie maker of choice.
  2. Blend for around 1 minute (until the berry seeds have been broken down)
  3. Enjoy!
