
This super simple breakfast is a great way to fuel your day.
Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100g mushrooms
- 1 small avocado
- 1 pitta
- Oil
Method
- Place the pitta in the oven (200 degrees fan) for ten minutes, until it is warm and starting to crisp.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl and set to one side.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and add your mushrooms. Cook until they start to brown.
- Add in the garlic for another 2-3 minutes.
- Take the pitta out of the oven, place it on a plate and top with the other cooked ingredients.
